Japanese ceramic bowl N° 13

A ceramic bowl from Japan, dating back to the 1970s.

The bowl has a gently open form with fine horizontal throwing lines that wrap around the body, creating a subtle sense of rhythm.

The glaze is softly two-toned, shifting between pale, milky whites and warmer, earthy hues, with an iridescent quality that catches the light at different angles.

Slight irregularities and marks from the making process are present and contribute to the character of the piece. Calm, expressive and timeless.

Small imperfections may be present and are considered part of its charm, not flaws.
