Incense holder N° 2

A beautifully aged vintage ceramic bowl, possibly originally used for burning incense.

Raised on three small feet, the bowl has a low, sculptural form with horizontal ridges running around its rounded body. Its richly textured surface combines deep reddish-brown and charcoal tones, with irregular variations created through firing and age.

The exact origin and original use of the piece are unknown, although its form suggests it may have been used as an incense or offering bowl.

A unique decorative object with a wonderfully primitive, understated character.
